Globally acclaimed rock band BAND-MAID has officially released the initial details for the BAND-MAID World Tour 2026. This extensive trek marks a significant milestone for the group as they continue their rise. The tour spans multiple continents and culminates in a historic performance in Japan. Furthermore, the band shared important news regarding their future activities following this major event.

The newly announced schedule covers a wide array of international destinations. The tour kicks off with performances across Japan, Asia, and Europe. Notably, this marks the band’s first solo European tour since before the COVID-19 pandemic. European stops include major cities such as Berlin, Paris, and London in June.

Additionally, North American fans can look forward to shows in the United States and Mexico scheduled for October. This leg represents their return to the continent following their successful 2023 tour. Finally, the tour will conclude with a magnificent two-day finale at the legendary Nippon Budokan on November 13 and 14. This event fulfills a long-held ambition for the group after a previous cancellation due to the pandemic.

Future Plans and Hiatus News

Coinciding with this announcement, BAND-MAID released a live video for their song “Present Perfect”. The footage comes from their sold-out 2025 tour finale in Tokyo. It captures the band’s intense energy and features vocalist SAIKI urging fans to follow them into the next year.

However, the band also revealed a major update regarding their schedule after the BAND-MAID World Tour 2026 concludes. Following the Budokan finale, they will enter a “short hiatus” from live performances starting in 2027. They describe this break as a “recharge period for world domination”. Consequently, the members plan to focus on creating new music and gathering inspiration during this time. Ultimately, they aim to make a powerful return in 2028 to celebrate their 15th anniversary.
