Dear readers, I (Mike) will be taking a brief hiatus from posting this week. This is final exam week for me, and I have a final exam tomorrow morning as well as 3 papers to finish by Thursday and Friday.

This means, among other things, that the podcast which was scheduled for release this weekend will be delayed until next Sunday at earliest.  However, once it’s over, I’ll be on vacation for almost an entire month–which means you’ll be probably seeing a whole lot more of me afterwards. (Stop throwing those tomatoes, please!)

So until I get my head out of the academic sand, enjoy the company of my fellow bloggers Ray, Jeremy, Fred, and Matt. See you soon!

  1. I have my exams next week. I feel your pain.

    I have 20 papers due tomorrow. I thought they were due Wednesday until my friend told me 1 hour ago.

  3. Fred and Matt are also occasional contributors to this website. You just probably didn’t see their names in the “About” page, even though I told them to update it sometime. (Nudge, nudge!) Fred’s most recent post is here, but he was most notable as our reviewer for the show Mononoke. Fred, Jeremy, and I are all Organizers of our anime club, Anime Souffle, where Jeremy is the head honcho.

    Matt is our newest blogger, whose last review was Dragonaut 5. He also happens to my next door neighbor. 🙂

    I am currently in that flat eye color form that anime characters get into when hypnotised or half dead.

    God. I am so screwed.

    /me goes back to doing 19 more papers in 7 hours (impossible).

  5. I got millions of papers to write this week as well. I don’t think there is going to be an episode of anime genesis this week at all. I don’t know if I can resist not doing an episode this week though as I’ve caused quite an uproar from the last episode with my response to Justin Sevakis’ letter to the industry. Even Justin himself listened to the episode.
