She was bowing so low in apology but it wasn’t her fault that the plane was delayed and she had to move the interview a little later. I was like “no no, please don’t feel bad, that’s OK…” Then she offered us some food as apology and I was like “no no, please, that’s OK, we don’t mind. Please don’t worry about it!”
