Mizuki Nana and Chihara Minori AniSong Special

Great interview and live performances of Nana-chan and Minorin! Thanks to makoaya7785 at Youtube.

Ray’s Take: Both these ladies can sing live well, unlike a certain other favorite. The show even call Nana-chan the queen of Seiyuu, which I think is quite appropriate.

Look to me that Minorin couldn’t contain her excitement and she wanted to hop. But who wouldn’t (which woman wouldn’t) when there are so many men cheer and going crazy for you? It is my perception that because of she barely contained excitement, her movement on stage was a little awkward – I was thinking of a chicken walking. But hey, Minorin is awesome and her voice is great any time! Also pay attention to her between commercial voice acting!

Now, Nana-chan clearly knew how to handle a large crowd well. She was excited but in a perfect performer way. She controlled the audience like nobody else’s business and she even gave a hint during the performance for “quiet down and let me sing” with her index finger to her lips, and then she continued. She’s simply adorable even at 29!

Excellent clothing on both ladies and fit their styles – goddess (Minorin) and Seiyuu Queen (Nana-chan) – very well. Overall, a great quick watch for 10 minutes.

Disclaimer: as of August 17, 7:26 Taipei time, the video can still be seen.

I'm a hardcore Anime Fan and I'm proud of it. I know so many things and I've acquired so much knowledge you wouldn't believe. But my love is anime. I've been drifting in this world for so long that I don't even know what an anchor means. I've seen so many shows that I've lost count. The only thing I'm sure of myself is that I care for the lowly and disenfranchised. I hate the rich and powerful and I love what I do, or what I can do. I like anime and I don't mind watching different types of shows. I have experience in different types of Japanese animation. I would be called an "expert" in a bizzaro world. One day, I'd like to start a revolution. I love the US, pizza, beer, sashimi, Chinese food, and steak. But I love freshly baked bread more than a well-aged steak. In reality, if I were born Japanese I'd be a real, hardcore Otaku. I love to love and I can hate strongly. I'm passionate in nature and I don't mind shedding tears.
