Freezing 05 makes me go woohoo!

You know, there are moments where I wish I could do more than one pistol salute per 15 minutes in real life… Wha, didn’t you know I’m super stud in 2 1/2 D world? XD But good night, this show delivers the boobs goods every time! XD And the best part is…it’s Hanazawa Kana-chan as Rana! Woo~hoo~!

(Whoa. Watch that leak there, buddy.)

Sorry about that…XD In any event, sex and violence continues in this episode where the 2nd grade losers decide to have their revenge on the friends of Sawako from Kimi no Todoke Satellizer. And boy do they go at it! XD

(Stop grinning…it’s disgusting)

Oh, sorry again. But man, you know, I’m like an old fart and stuff, so squeaky clean campus love drama don’t really interest me any more…

(is that why you yelled in frustration watching Kimi no Todoke season 2 episode 2?)

Uh…Anyway, So I didn’t know that girls from Tibet can be that cute in anime. And the best thing is that they speak Japanese, wrap their loins in cloths, and kicks some serious ass!

(Oh, I remember what you said to Kazehaya ON SCREEN: “Shut up! Turn around! Think again! And then speak what you really think…”)

O K, now you have to die.

In any event, now I’ve played out the Golum/ADD/ADHD joke, let’s get to the bottomline.

Bottomline: it’s fun, sexy, violence, with plenty of ultra fan service only topped by QB and Kanokon, but also loses to Seikon no Qwaser uncensored version (milky bath has never been so up close and personal before – NOT a good thing). It’s my cup of tea.

Time to go back to warming up that pistol…XD

Freezing 04 rulez and scares the lolicons away

BH:huh huh huh huh huh…Whoa…I saw some…titties!

BV: Where? Where! Where?!

BH: It’s…right there, dude!

BV: Whoa! Yeah yeah yeah…I see them!

BH: This is…possibly…THE BEST SHOW EVER!!!

OK. Now I’m over the B&B reaction frenzy, let’s talk about why I like this show so far (does anyone really need to hear more).

1. Awesome fighting action

Are you kidding me? I thought for sure they’d skimpy…I mean skimp out on everything, but when Satellizer is in a bath and totally naked, I mean you can just see her floatation device. but when these ladies fight, they mean serious business. AND CLOTH BREAKER REALLY HELPS. And it’s so cool that each lady stands her ground I AM FAPPING LIKE A HAPPY OTAKU in order to keep her beliefs. After all, that’s why people fight, riiiiiiiight? Forget clothes, there’s skin!

(Oops)

2. The pacing of the show works for me.

It’s obviously going to be a 13 episode series so everything is introduced pretty quickly. That said, because there is really not much to follow they really follow the manga pretty well and I read the manga (fappingly happy), I can follow everything. They DID skimp out the emotional parts where we get to learn exactly what happened to Marin and Ingrid in the past. Other than that, the show kicks nearly everything up a few notches.

That said, I HATE the Pandora mode here. It’s ugly and it sucks unless the girls are going to fight naked later in Pandora Mode and I wish they just give them the armored look.

3. It’s beautiful grown women fighting, which scares the loli-cons to tears.

What, you can’t face beautiful, well developed women fighting in an anime? You pussies! I feel that it’s great that we get well-developed (heh heh heh) characters fighting seriously in a girl VS girl situation. The tension is unbearable and the seriousness of the issues really gets to me. I mean, you know me. I personally like women with big breasts and nice body duking it out and beating the crap out of each other…

(Oops again)

OK, all right. Look, good fights, decent characters, easy on the eye girls showing you everything that men AND lesbians want. Plus decent plots. There is nothing for me to hate.

I LLLLLLLLLOVE T&A MATCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SEX! AND VIOLENCE! SEX! AND VIOLENCE!

Hell yeah highly recommended. You bet your ass Scott highly recommended. 20 (forget 10) pistol salutes recommended.

Freezing 2 is blazing hot

Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes. My bias is on and I’m all for this show. The tension between the cats women duking it out with weapons and their haughty attitudes is just unbearable! Man, I’ll bet that if girls in all female schools had these kind of power and weapons, they’d fight just as fierce and harsh, too. Gentelmen, here’s a thing about women’s cirlces – they’re tight, scary competitive, and sharp. Oh yeah.

Well, Satellizer loses to Garnessa, and of course, as a good shonen sennan plot, Garness goes to her and boasts. Hey, which girl with any pride would turn down a good fight, especially when the girls all have proper manly weapons? Really? Verbal conflict? NAH! I’m sure women get fucking pissed off and wish they had the power to wield large weapons, which is why Dynasty Warriors are very popular among women in Japan! I mean after all, women just don’t have that much fighting power and therefore, it must feel good to be able to wield hugh blades, eh? What, they’re humans, too! Large guns and big blades really CAN ensure safety and even knockout some annoying fuckers, right?

All right, all that speculations aside, the conflicts are basic shonen stuff but is well done. The fight scene is good and the women ended up being naked after the fights helps a lot too. The male protagnonist is actually more annoying than in the manga because in the show, he managed to put his hand on Satellizer (I’m gonna call her Sate-Ma-chan as a combination of Satellizer and Mamiko) too many times. Yes, we get the point. Sate-ma-chan is OK with you touching her. Fine, fine, fine. But Hezus, before I was aware of it, the episode ended and I’m glad that I was having beer with it.The show reall grabbed my attention because it was fun without being shitty low-brow!

No, I won’t pretend that there’s sophistication in this show, but no, I actually don’t see it as an equivolent of a third rate movie, either. Because the voice acting and the animation skills as well as the magification of women’s conflict in women’s circles is realistc (what the fuck does me, a man, know) seems realistic to me. I’m biased because I enjoy the manga at least untli the recent volume, and I like the pacing, the action, and the realistic (?) portrayal of women’s competitiveness.

A+++ and no pistol salutes needed.
