Sigh is ABOUT Haruhi. Specifically, it is about what happened to her to make her"different" to the Haruhi from the school festival onwards. She is mean, and cruel, and pissing people off. That's what Haruhi was. This can't continue indefinitely, hence Sigh is the turning point. One more thing, Sigh is an entire movie-length episode cut in pieces, so naturally if you watch it episode by episode you would wonder why the plot isn't going anywhere. I find it interesting that all over the web, bloggers who didn’t read the novels are claiming they know what Sigh is about.
